How do I order a sample of your paper? What is the sample size?
Ordering one of our samples is easy. Find the artwork that you like and click on the product page. From there you can add a sample to your cart and check out.
Our samples are 8 inches wide x 10 inches high and are scaled to a 9-foot high wall. The sample does not show the entire artwork. The sample only reflects the mural’s scale for a 9-foot high wall.
Please note: if you are interested in purchasing one of the Murals in Motion artworks, the sample will not be animated. Only the full wallpaper will be animated.
Why do you recommend ordering samples first?
We recommend ordering a sample first because we want you to have as much information as you can before purchasing.
Ordering a sample is a great way to:
• examine the paper’s quality and texture
• test our sample on your wall
• see artist details that are inherent in the artwork
• see how colors might differ from our computer monitor or smartphone
How is your wallpaper installed? Will my order come with instructions?
Our wallpaper is pre-pasted, which means that the wallpaper adhesive is already a part of the paper’s backing, and you only need to add water for installation.
Installation instructions are printed on the first panel of every individual order. You may also download a PDF version of our instructions or watch our installation video here.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Our murals are printed especially for you, and we do not accept exchanges. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we current ship all wallpaper and sample orders for free within the United States. Orders shipping outside of the US will be charged for shipping.
Ordering & Policies
How does the order process work?
Select the mural of your choosing and enter your wall dimensions in our visualizer. When you are sure that you are ordering enough panels for your wall, add your order to your cart and proceed to check out. Once payment is made in full, we begin processing your order and you will be updated via email on the expected ship date of your mural.
What are your panel sizes? Will my mural come in the exact dimensions of my wall?
Our panels are 24 inches wide and are customized to the height of your wall. Please use our wall visualizer when ordering to be sure that you are ordering enough panels for your wall.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and we also offer flexible financing through AfterPay.
Why can't I order one panel? What is your minimum order amount?
We do not sell individual panels. Our minimum order is 4 panels at 9 feet high, which ends up being 8ft wide by 9 feet high.
How long does it take to process and print my order?
Please allow 1 – 2 weeks to print your order. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order leaves our warehouse.
May I add additional panels at a later date?
You certainly can order more panels in the future, but please note that our minimum order is four panels. We also cannot guarantee that the color will match between different murals that are not printed at the same time.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Our murals are printed especially for you, and we do not accept exchanges. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

What makes your wallpaper sustainable?
Our paper is a fibrous, non-woven substrate that is 100% PVC-free and sourced from FSC-certified forests. FSC stands for ‘Forest Stewardship Council’. It is an international non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible forestry. FSC certifies forests all over the world to ensure they meet the highest environmental and social standards.
Is your wallpaper shiny?
No, our paper has an elegant matte finish. It is almost textural and papyrus-like in appearance.
May I hang my mural in a bathroom? Kitchen?
You may hang our paper in a kitchen or bathroom, but we do not recommend any area with high moisture or traffic. Even though our paper is incredibly durable, heavy moisture and stains from food could ruin the mural.
Is my mural cleanable? How do I care for it?
Our wallpaper is wipeable with warm water and a clean, soft rag or natural sponge. Do not over-saturate your sponge – a damp sponge works best. Treat your mural like fine paper – try to avoid placing anything up against the paper in an aggressive way, which could easily gouge the paper. While our paper has incredible lightfastness, as with any paper, prolonged direct sunlight will eventually cause your mural to fade over a long period of time.
